If you order something from Peraltia and decide to return it for any reason whatsoever, we will fully refund the purchase price of the product less shipping.


Replacements

If your order was damaged in shipping and needs replacement, please contact us by email (info@peraltia.com) or by phone (1-800-920-5767) as soon as possible, and provide the order number and description of the damage along with your contact information. A replacement will be sent promptly at no additional cost to you.


Returns

Please include in the package the original order number and your contact information. You do not need to provide any reason for a return, but if you would like to provide feedback on why the product did not meet your expectations this feedback will be appreciated.

Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be made to the credit card used for the initial purchase or by check if otherwise instructed.
